Video System: PAL Colour fully
compatible with Australian TV System.
Image Device:
752 (H) x 582 (V) 437 664 Pixel
LOW BLEMISH CCTV CCD
Sensor 1/3" Sony - Due to the highly sensitive nature of this image
sensor it may have more blemishes than ordinary sensors, these imperfections may
continue to appear after manufacture until the photodiodes stabilise as the
sensor ages, additional information
here.
for:
Super HAD MicroLens information @ "SONY"
Lens: Variable Focal
Length 4 mm ~ 9 mm with external adjusters * Automatic Iris to cope with
High levels of illumination with negligible smear, passes more light and
provides greater depth-of-field than ordinary fixed Iris Lenses, external
Iris control & Video Output for Setup Monitor * Corrected
for major Visible-Infrared focus shift, there may be
a slight shift that requires a compromise
or choice between crisp colour or crisp monochrome * Under some lighting
conditions internal reflections between Lens & Front Glass may appear in image,
these are usually insignificant * There are no
Accessory Lenses for this Camera,
additional
CCTV Lens information.
Scanning System: 2 : 1 Interlace, PAL
50 Hz vertical, 15 625 Hz horizontal.
Synchronisation: Internal.
Video Output: 1.14 V p-p Composite
Video 75 ohms, suit Australian TV, VCR, AV & Video inputs, BNC socket, Cable
~ 40 cm exits through Bracket for concealment and protection
against tampering. EXTRA Video Output for Setup Monitor behind
threaded Back Access Cap, RCA socket.
Horizontal Pixels: 700 + (this value
is provided for comparative purposes only) Better than VHS & Super-VHS near DTV
/ DVD (720 pixel) resolution.
Minimum Illumination: ~ 5 lux (this
value is provided for comparative purposes only), 0 lux with LEDs 'ON'.
Depending on Lens 'focal length' setting the Infrared LEDs illuminate up to ~
90% of the Width-of-Vision and are effective up to ~ 25 metres depending on the
Infrared reflective characteristics of subject, objects closer than ~ 3 metres
may be overexposed when illuminated by LEDs.
Light Emitting Diodes: 48 pieces ~ 850
nm wavelength Infrared, these produce a dull Red visible glow. Automatic Light
Sensor switches LEDs On/Off (~15/30 lux) depending on light level.
Movable Infrared Cut Optical
Filter: Colour
sub-carrier is turned off (Colour-Killer) to improve Signal to Noise Ratio
when IR-CUT filter is out of optical path (LEDs On).
In Day mode (well lit, colour) mechanism
automatically positions IR-CUT optical filter between Lens and Image
Sensor to exclude Infrared radiation that would otherwise adversely affect
colour reproduction, this ensures colour rendition not
possible with ordinary non-filtered or notch-filter type Day/Night cameras.
In Night mode (low light,
monochrome) Colour-Killer
is activated and mechanism automatically removes IR-CUT
optical filter to allow Infrared radiation to pass boosting low light and
Infrared sensitivity, the result is significantly better night images using
inbuilt
Infrared Illuminator or with Infrared rich light
sources. Infrared
Response without Infrared filter is ~
700 to ~ 1100 nm better
than a
'CCTV
notch IR Filter' filter,
additional
CCTV Infrared Night Vision information.
Automatic Electronic Shutter (AES):
20 milliseconds, low shutter speed eliminates smear
associated with High Shutter Speeds necessary to control exposure with fixed
iris lenses, additional
CCTV Automatic Electronic Shutter information.
Spectral Response:
~ 400 to ~ 1100 nm with Infrared 'CUT' Filter 'out'
of optical path, additional
CCTV Infrared Night Vision information.
Signal to Noise ratio (SNR): 50 + dB,
measured with AGC off.
Automatic Gain Control (AGC):
Switchable On/Off, behind threaded Back Access Cap, default and recommended
setting is ON.
Back Light Compensation (BLC):
No, the switch on the Back of this Camera is disabled with Automatic
Iris Lens version, (switch is used with fixed Iris Lens version not stocked).
Gamma: 0.45.
Automatic White Balance (AWB): 2100ºK
~ 9100º, Colour sub-carrier is turned off to improve Signal to Noise
Ratio when IR-CUT filter is out of optical path (Night
Colour-Killer mode, low light, monochrome).
Power Requirements: 12 Volts DC
Regulated, ~ 1000 mA Peak (LEDs = On & Filter Moving), ~ 900 milliamps with LEDs
On, ~ 190 milliamps with LEDs Off, 2.1 x 5.5 mm DC socket, center pin = (+),
Cable ~ 40 cm exits through Bracket for concealment and
protection against tampering. Consider cable resistance when installing,
ask us about solutions if voltage drop is a problem with pre-existing wiring.
Made in Korea.
Dimensions: Camera: ~ 88 mm Diameter,
~ 120 mm Long. INTEGRAL Bracket: ~ 65 mm base diameter, ~ 105 mm high, ~ 35 mm
pivot shaft. Camera & Bracket ~ 1100 grams. Visor: ~ 165 mm x ~ 106 mm, ~ 220
grams.
